Welcome to Kaizent Labs. By browsing our website, requesting consultations, booking free strategy audits, or hiring us for system integration services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Scope of Services
Kaizent Labs provides custom AI automation design, SaaS platform development, mobile applications, API integrations, and ongoing system maintenance. Specific deliverables, delivery timelines, and payment terms are detailed in individual Statements of Work (SOW) executed between Kaizent Labs LLC and the Client.
2. Client Responsibilities & API Access
Clients must provide required API access keys, test database access, and content parameters necessary for us to build and integrate automation workflows. The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their primary account access credentials and managing permissions for external users.
3. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights
Unless designated otherwise in an executed Statement of Work, all custom application codes, design wireframes, and prompts developed exclusively for a client are owned by the client upon full payment. Kaizent Labs LLC retains ownership of pre-existing baseline boilerplates, general logic classes, and internal automation utilities.
4. Limitations of Liability
Our custom solutions rely on third-party APIs (including LLMs like OpenAI/Anthropic and routing engines like Make/Zapier). Kaizent Labs LLC is not liable for service outages, rate limit limitations, API depreciations, billing changes, or performance changes initiated by these third-party providers.
